REFUND POLICY

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for any refund, and the Client is responsible for the full event balance.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of DNA Kitchen & Events.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Early event termination

  • Guest count reductions after the final count deadline

  • Weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control

 

All approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.
